Requests for replacement of damaged or undelivered issues will be honored for up to one year after publication of the issue. Please refer to the Shipping Schedule before making a claim. The Shipping Schedule will show the last issue published and shipped. Please add 3-4 weeks to the date the issue shipped to allow for overseas delivery. Delivery within North America is usually 2-3 weeks.
